This daily energy guidance is based on the Dreamspell calendar — a galactic time system developed by José and Lloydine Argüelles in 1987. While inspired by the sacred Tzolk’in of the Maya, it is a modern spiritual reinterpretation, distinct from the traditional Indigenous Mayan calendar systems that remain in use today. The Dreamspell aligns with the intention to reawaken our connection to natural rhythms, synchronicity and cosmic harmony.
