Dorit's completely private and individual Yin yoga session meeting in person. This is completely individual healing Yin Yoga lesson and we shall be focusing on the entire energy system. Usually combining Cosmoenergy healing, meditations, focus on breath. You may request for hypnotic affirmations catered specifically for your current needs. Yin yoga is slow paced, where each position is held for 5-7 minutes to apply moderate stress on connective tissue - fascia, tendons, ligaments. Meridians - energy lines are within fascia. During the private session, besides focusing on general asanas (positions) for your holistic wellbeing the main attention is on personal touch - considering your specific complaints or needs and above all your unique anatomy and mental/emotional state of being. For there is no other like YOU and how you are and feel right NOW. Ps if you don't know what your needs are or how you are feeling it's absolutely fine too, we can learn to connect more and more during each private session. The lesson is thus catered only for You and will include the Yin positions and philosophy just for You. What differentiates this private session from any other functional Yin Yoga classes, is that noone else in the World is currently combining Cosmoenergy healing with yin yoga. It is very efficient especially when transforming negative energy. It is highly effective as both Yin yoga and Cosmoenergy work deeply on purifying various energetic layers, physical body and other energy bodies.
